Percipient.ai is seeking an exceptionally energetic, capable, and motivated individual to support our CEO and team in the Reston, VA office. This exciting role requires attention to detail, the ability to multitask while meeting tight deadlines, great organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple critical requests. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company is important.
The successful candidate will possess the ability to identify and complete complex tasks and projects quickly with little to no guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action without having to know the total picture. This onsite role will be responsible for creating a compelling and welcoming office culture for all and providing general support for our team in our office in Reston Town Center.
Responsibilities:
- Providing overall administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer
- Managing the CEO's calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
- All ordering and stocking of office supplies, food/beverages, and other goods
- Providing occasional administrative support to various other senior leaders
- Ensuring coordination between offices in Silicon Valley and Reston
- Documentation, expense reporting, and general office management
- Helping onboard new hires in the Reston office
Requirements:
- Two to five years experience as an Office Manager or receptionist in a fast-paced technical environment
- Experience managing executive calendars
- Experience coordinating travel arrangements and event planning
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with demonstrated discretion with sensitive information
- Strong skills in critical thinking, organization, time management, and attention to detail
- Proficiency with the G-Suite of products and collaboration tools
- Candidate MUST be a US citizen

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
