We help these individuals live happier, healthier lives by partnering with their aides and caregivers, as a key part of the care team. We use a combination of virtual care, home-based and mobile technologies, data integrations and partnerships with home care agencies to make the home an integrated setting of care with patients, and their Caregivers at the center.
Vesta is the Roman name for the goddess of home, hearth and family. She is the caregiver. Often unseen yet greatly revered, she puts others' needs ahead of her own, keeping the hearth warm so the home and family can function.
We see Caregivers and recognize the power and potential they embody. More than just assistance, Caregivers are eyes, ears and hands in the home. Caregivers play the role of Doctor, Nurse, Pharmacist, EMT and more, but without support or guidance. That is where Vesta Healthcare comes in. Our program provides Caregivers with a personalized clinical team in their pocket. Our team links Caregivers to the people they care for and the other providers involved in their care. It's an insurance covered benefit, so it's available to most adults with Caregivers free of charge to them.

The ideal teammate would be…
Someone who can provide executive assistant support to our Executive Leadership team and oversee the operations of our onsite office on 30th Street Between 6th and 7th Avenue in New York City (a few blocks away from Penn Station and the PATH Train!). This person would be required to be in the office up to 5 days a week with a minimum of 3 days required. They are the "go to" person for anything that might arise relating to internal and external visitors and building-related issues.
The ideal teammate will:
- Own the goal of making the office a great place to visit, work, and spend time; build Vesta community
- Oversee day-to-day office operations of our New York City-based office near Penn Station and the PATH Train (30th Street Between 6th and 7th Avenue), ensuring a clean, professional, and welcoming environment.
- Manage snacks, food, drinks, plants, office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships to maintain a fully operational workplace
- Plan and coordinate on-site events, meetings, and team activities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for building management and other external partners, and partner with them to address any issues that arise with the physical office space
- Facilitate onboarding of new hires by setting up desks, equipment, and welcome materials
- Implement and refine office policies, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and best practices.
- Own the sending and receiving of physical mail
- Generally keep the office tidy (cleaning staff comes nightly as well)
- Serve as office reception, to meet and greet internal and external visitors
- Serve as onsite IT resource handling issues with printers, conference room technology and coordinating with offsite IT when needed
- Provide administrative support for members of the Leadership Team, including but not limited to scheduling, travel coordination, and expense reporting as needed
- Coordinate logistics and plan on/offsite events
- Support cross-functional projects and initiatives as assigned by the executive team
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance office operations and executive workflows
We're looking for someone who has:
- The ability to be in the office up to 5 days a week with a minimum of 3 days required (required)
- 2+ years of office management experience (required)
- 4+ years of experience as an administrative or executive assistant managing C-Suite level executives (required)
- Proficiency in Google Workspace software (preferred)
- Proficiency in Slack, Zoom, and other collaboration tools
- A friendly demeanor and is willing to help others
- Comfortable in a dynamic and always evolving start-up environment
- Healthcare or related experience is a plus

Pay range is $70,000-$80,000 based on experience. (The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level).
