A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN OFFICE MANAGER
As an Office Manager, you are an energetic person who manages important documents and provides superb customer service. Every day, you come into the office with a positive attitude and an eagerness to help. With great attention to detail, you oversee our customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring all information is updated and correct. Leading by example, you demonstrate to your team effective strategies for turning leads into sales. In addition, you schedule jobs in the most efficient manner. If a coworker needs help around the office, you are happy to assist however possible. You feel great leading your team and helping our company run smoothly!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN OFFICE MANAGER
- 4+ years of experience managing small teams
- Proficiency with MS Office
A bachelor's degree in business management or communications is preferred but not required. Would you be able to give clear instructions and guidance to your team? Are you collaborative and hardworking? Do you have solid interpersonal and communication skills? Are you a self-motivated problem solver? WORK SCHEDULE FOR AN OFFICE MANAGER
This customer service position works Monday - Friday from 8 am - 5 pm with occasional Saturdays.
