Your Responsibilities
As an Office Manager for the John Deere Training Center located in Davenport, IA , you will...
+ Coordinate training center schedules and resources including room assignments, hospitality services, protective equipment, training logistics, prerequisites, etc.
+ Support training center managers with travel arrangements, calendar coordination, meeting setup and resources.
+ Send communication bulletins, facilitate dealer communication, and create training forecasts.
+ Work with management to create purchase order requisitions and track financial reports.
+ Manage inventory at training center offices and warehouses.

+ Strong communication skills
+ Understanding of organizing principles
+ Strong problem-solving skills
+ Computer systems knowledge (standard office software)
+ Ability to travel up to 25% based on business needs
What Makes You Stand Out
+ Previous experience as an office manager, administrative assistant or similar
+ Construction industry experience or experience in training functions
+ Experience or strong interest in sales, marketing and / or training functional areas
+ Bachelor's Degree
Education
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
+ High school diploma or certificate in communication, organizational communication, education, or similar discipline.
