Skylight Mechanical Corp. is looking for a motivated and organized individual to join its team as an Office Manager/Coordinator:
- The Office Manager position at our Cooling & Heating company is a critical role that involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office and providing administrative support to ensure smooth functioning.
- The successful candidate needs to be organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills with both internal and external customers.
- Must be able to multitask effectively while maintaining high levels of accuracy and professionalism.
- This role also requires strong organizational and problem-solving skills in order to keep track of deadlines and manage conflicting priorities.
- The successful candidate should have experience of working with databases or other software systems and possess knowledge of best practices for data entry as well as general office management.

Required:

Hours: 32-40 hours per week. Work will begin when we find the right person for the job.
