We are looking for a strong, experienced, self-motivated individual to help our Collision Center run as smoothly as possible!! This is a full-time position that holds full-time responsibility with GREAT PAY!!!! You will be a key factor in supporting our Collision Center with your Accounting Experience, and this is why your organizational skills need to be top-notch!!! Experience in the Automotive industry is a PLUS!!!
The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, GED, and/or relative Office Administrator / Automotive Body Shop/Collision Center experience. Candidates must have strong administrative, computer, and organizational skills. Here are a few of the tasks that are required for this open position:
- ROME / Excel / CDK Knowledge is a Must!!!
- Complete Month End entries (accurate prepaids) verify to financial statement
- MIS Reports match financial statement
- Submit financial statement to Corp Controller
- Approve Payroll for employees in Collision Center along with double-checking calculation
- Post bank entries
- Reconcile bank account daily
- Download deposits from ROME and post internals with corresponding dealerships
- Prepare weekly Accounts Receivable Reports
- Clean schedules and post cleaning entries needed
- Code expense Account Payable invoices
