Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities as an Office Manager:
Office Operations:
- Lead the day-to-day office functions—think vendor management, supply orders, and ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
- Act as the go-to person for internal staff and external partners on administrative matters.
- Manage calendars, meetings, and events to keep the team on track.
- Maintain and improve office policies, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
Financial Management:
- Own Accounts Payable and Receivable—you’ll handle invoicing, expense tracking, and payment processing.
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements monthly to maintain clean and accurate financial records.
- Maintain records for audits and manage vendor contracts with precision.
The Ideal Candidate Brings:
- Proven experience: At least 3+ years in office management with hands-on bookkeeping expertise.
- Some knowledge of QuickBooks
- A solid understanding of basic accounting principles and reconciliations.
- Attention to detail: Accuracy and organization are second nature to you.
- Experience in a small business environment is a big plus.
