Position: Office Manager - Williamsburg, Brooklyn
As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring a seamless patient experience. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage all aspects of a healthcare office with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support staff while cultivating a positive and collaborative work culture.
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflows and the delivery of high-quality services.
- Manage patient scheduling, follow-ups, and deliver a concierge-level care experience.
- Train and mentor team members to maintain and enhance their skills.
- Complete an initial training program at the Edgewater office to become familiar with company systems and protocols.
Qualifications:
- Experience in healthcare administration, office management, or leadership roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency with technology and eagerness to learn new systems.
- Experience in concierge healthcare settings is an advantage.
