About the Job
Under the general administrative supervision of Clinical Director supervises and performs all aspects of the administrative duties within assigned clinic. Conduct training for new office administrative staff. Provide educational support to all office administrative staff. Act as liaison for all administrators at the assigned clinic and work in conjunction President of Operations, Director of Administration, Clinical Director and Billing Office, to ensure with Vice all administrative and billing issues are resolved. Perform trouble shooting and problem-solving support to all administrators at the assigned clinic. Implement office administration policies and procedures. High School degree. Minimum 2-3 years billing and collections experience in a medical clinic. Avanced knowledge of Meditech. Medical billing course certification/program. Computer proficiency and working knowledge of MS Office.
