Local Heating and Air Conditioning Company is ready to welcome Full Time Office Manager/Bookkeeper to round out our team. Need a motivated, organized individual who would help with day-to-day duties and overall business operations.
Responsibilities include:

- Overall operation of the office
- Fielding service calls
- Scheduling
- Coordinate with owner regarding installations
- Customer billing
- Accounts payable and receivables
- Banking - Bank Deposits
- Maintaining accurate schedule for Maintenance program with customers
- Fluent with Quickbooks Desktop
- Knowledge of Microsoft word, Outlook, Excel
- Manage timekeeping for jobs and staff for accurate billing
- Organization and accuracy a must
Job is full-time working Monday thru Friday in small office. Benefits include Health insurance, Paid Holidays and Paid vacation.
