As the Office Manager at our client’s esteemed luxury design/build firm, you will be the backbone of daily operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow across the office. In this critical role, you’ll manage HR processes, oversee accounting tasks, and maintain a productive work environment that empowers our team to excel. Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Management: Oversee daily office operations, maintain office supplies, and manage vendor relationships to ensure our office runs seamlessly. Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events, providing high-level support to our executive team.
- Human Resources Support: Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations to foster a positive and inclusive work culture. Manage employee records, benefits administration, and support performance management processes to keep our team engaged and aligned.
- Accounting and Financial Oversight: Handle accounts payable and receivable, process payroll, and manage expense reporting. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate monthly reporting, budgeting, and compliance with company policies.
- Project Management: Take ownership of office-related projects, from planning to execution, ensuring timely and successful completion. Bring innovative ideas to improve office efficiency and enhance team morale.
- Culture Champion: Serve as the go-to person for all aspects of office morale, organizing team events and fostering a welcoming, inclusive workspace.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager with a background in HR and accounting.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with a knack for problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks, and HR software.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
