Office Manager - North Bay ENT and Audiology

This position is a full-time position at the Bel Air location, Monday - Friday.  Starting hours range from 7:45, 8:15, 8:30, and 9:00 am.
Manager provides day-to-day management to medical and clerical staff. Tasks include assisting with clerical and clinical positions as needed.  As the office manager, you will adjust staffing as needed with any ill calls, or changes to the providers schedules to provide adequate coverage to staff and providers.

Annual evaluations are completed by the manager and reviewed with the Administrator.  Interim evaluations are conducted after 60 days of employment as well as providing counseling, verbal, and written warnings based on employee's performance.

Assisting with the development of daily goals, objectives and adhering to policies and procedures. Managers serve as a mentor and assist with new hire training.

 Supply orders for clinical and clerical areas are monitored by the manager and submitted to the Administrator on a monthly basis.

Staff and provider communication is key, monitoring all assigned tasks to staff as well as daily prep and planning for office staff. Must be detail oriented and action oriented, able to handle confidential information in a professional manner.

Managers must be able to multitask, prioritize, and triage the daily workflow, as well as perform in a stressful environment.

Participates in multi-disciplinary quality and team improvement and maintains effective working relationships with other departments.

One year experience preferred
