Office Manager - Behavioral Health Clinic - Embark Behavioral Health

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 a year (DOE)

Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:30 am - 5:30 pm) On-site 

Location: 1934 Old Gallows Rd. Suite 210 Vienna VA 22182 (On-site.)

This position is a full-time position that will provide administrative support for executive leadership, as well as, instrumental in providing support to our clients and their families, in our IOP/PHP Clinic in Tysons Corner, VA. 

• Assist with marketing materials and strategic planning as assigned
• Responsible for responding to all incoming calls. This position may be responsible for providing information to families and referral sources about our services.
• Participate in team meetings as necessary.
• Coordinate and facilitate family and referral partner tours.
• Handling and ordering all supplies needed for the office.
• Handling all outgoing mail and the postage account.
• Assist in the facilitation of program events.
• Facilitate with admissions processes.
• Coordinate and distribute student and family outcome data.
• Other duties as assigned.

  Education and Experience:

   

  The Executive Assistant must have previous administrative, receptionist or office management experience in health care agency or related field. A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.

  Experience as a project coordinator is a plus!
