Oikos Property Group is seeking a full-time Office Manager to provide hands-on administrative and operational support to the growing organization. Daily responsibilities will include processing accounting functions, managing leasing and lease agreements, providing exceptional customer service to tenants, and implementing strategies to create efficiencies. In addition, the Office Manager will provide accounting and administrative support to affiliated company, Locust Lane Farms. The ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations and prioritize competing priorities is essential to the role. The successful candidate will combine strong analytical and organizational skills with a customer centric mindset.
Office Manager Position Qualifications:
• A minimum of 2 years of successful experience with general administrative and accounting responsibilities in an office environment
• Demonstrated proficiency with technology including Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks; Aptitude for utilizing and employing technology, essential
• Experience within the property management industry, a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Demonstrated community involvement, strongly preferred
