Job Summary:
We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee daily operations, manage finances, and provide exceptional customer service. Bilingual Spanish is highly desired.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations, ensuring efficiency and organization
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable, process invoices, and pay bills
- Maintain accurate financial records and reports
- Coordinate HR tasks, employee onboarding, and benefits administration
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, tenants, and vendors
- Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain confidential and sensitive information
Requirements:
- 2+ years of office management experience
- Proficiency in MS Office, accounting software, and financial systems
- Experience with bill payment processing
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Spanish language proficiency highly desired
Preferred Qualifications:
- Property management experience
- Familiarity with California labor laws
- QuickBooks or Yardi experience
