About the position
Promet Source, a Chicago based web and mobile application development company, is looking to hire an Office Manager/Assistant (20 hours per week, with 2-3 days in the office). We’re looking for someone who has attention to detail, is interested in learning, is a people person and is capable of working with all levels in the organization. You must be located in Chicago, IL and able to access the office in Ravenswood.
Responsibilities:
- Open mail
- Deposit checks
- Timesheet monitoring
- Computer Equipment information & assignment up-to date
- Initial Client Set-up
- Assist with new hire set-up
- Prepare communications such as emails, reports and other correspondence
- Assist CEO with important tasks and projects
- Regulatory compliance and application assistance
- Manage and monitor contract details, including revenue, invoicing, and associated due dates
- Prepare and draft invoices accurately and efficiently
- Assist in monitoring and reporting regulatory due dates
- Ensure timely submission of company information for regulatory compliance
Qualifications:
- Admin or Office Manager experience
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Google Docs/Sheets/Calendar and Zoom
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple projects
