As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Office Manager to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.
We are looking for a skilled Office Manager who will oversee all office management functions. The successful candidate will play a key role in fostering a positive work environment, working with HR to managing employee relations, implementing HR policies and procedures, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities:
- Implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
- A liaison to help HR Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payment of wages and benefits
- Manage office operations, including facilities management, office supplies, and equipment maintenance
- Coordinate company events, meetings, and training sessions
- Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations and ensure compliance
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Construction Management or relevant work experience is also a major plus!
- Previous Office Management Experience 2-3 years, preferably in the construction industry or related sectors such as electrical or HVAC.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency MS Office Suite: Word and Excel
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
