AEL is currently seeking a motivated candidate for an administrative assistant and office manager position. This role will focus on a diverse variety of administrative tasks supporting AEL's legal work, including time entry, casefile management, marketing and business development initiatives, document editing and management, drafting of case-opening materials and case-related correspondence, and general office management duties. This role requires a bachelor's degree, a track record of academic success, and a demonstrated ability to take on responsibility and work independently. Prior relevant work experience is strongly desired. There is significant room for growth, development and promotion within the Firm in this role. We are open to candidates seeking both part-time and full-time roles. The position is hybrid in-office and remote.
