Job Title: Office Administrator
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate offices.
- Manage phone calls and correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.
- Oversee shipping and receiving of assets.
- Ensure general upkeep and maintenance of office premises, including fixtures and furniture.
- Coordinate security access and liaise with building/facilities management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office administration or related field.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
