Office and Event Support Assistant - Events Unlimited

• Answer inbound telephone calls
• Draft correspondences and other formal documents
• Plan and schedule appointments
• Track Packages
• Greet and assist customers at events
• Driving company vehicles, running errands, delivering, installing and setting up.
• Help loading/unloading and fulfilling events.
• Cleaning and maintaining company property and equipment.
• Develop and implement organized filing systems
• Support Event Planners and Production Team
• Empty Garbage/sweep floor/basic cleaning tasks of all types.
• Perform all other office tasks and provide assistance at events of all types.

• Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Clean Driving Record
• Strong Availability for work, we work all days of the week- and long/odd hours.
• Availability for regular company travel.
