Wadsworth Glass Inc is currently hiring for a full-time Office / Customer Service Manager to handle a variety of essential administrative duties in the El Sobrante, CA area. This administrative position earns a competitive wage of $30 -$36 per hour, depending on experience.

DAY-TO-DAY
This customer service position works Monday - Friday from 8 am - 5 pm with occasional Saturdays.
As an Office / Customer Service Manager, you are an energetic person who manages important documents and provides superb customer service. Every day, you come into the office with a positive attitude and an eagerness to help. With great attention to detail, you oversee our customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring all information is updated and correct. Leading by example, you demonstrate to your team effective strategies for turning leads into sales. In addition, you schedule jobs in the most efficient manner. If a coworker needs help around the office, you are happy to assist however possible. You feel great leading your team and helping our company run smoothly!
