As an Office & Culture Coordinator at Advocate Construction, you will be crucial in maintaining a well-organized and efficient office environment. You will oversee administrative functions, support day-to-day operations, and contribute to a positive workplace culture. The Office & Culture Coordinator is a integral point of contact for employees, visitors, and external partners.
This position is located in Detroit, MI.
Responsibilities:
Administrative Management:
- Oversee office supplies, equipment, and maintenance; liaise with vendors and suppliers.
- Communication and Correspondence:
- Handle internal and external communications, including emails, phone calls, and in-person inquiries. Draft and edit documents, memos, and reports.
- Facility Management:
- Ensure a clean, safe, and well-organized office environment.
- Coordinate office moves, space planning, and maintenance activities.
Financial Administration:
- Track expenses and assist with budget monitoring.
- Deposit checks from Mortgage companies & homeowners daily
Team Support:
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Google Suite and office management software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
