Office CSR - General Air Conditioning

General Air Conditioning Service Corporation, established in 1969, is a locally family owned and run company that provides service, maintenance, and replacement heating/ air conditioning (HVAC) in the residential and commercial markets of Upstate South Carolina.

The best candidate for this position is a person who has basic customer service knowledge, computer skills, and some light clerical experience.

• Must have a positive, professional, and helpful attitude. Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Efficient multi-tasker
• Team player who is willing to pitch in to support co-workers
• Clean, neat, and professional appearance
• Have strong listening and communication skills

Minimum Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience with customers

We have listened to hundreds of job applicants and HVAC professionals and made big changes to our paid time off plans.
