Office Coordinator - BATHING BRANDS INC

Bathing Brands Inc. is searching for an Executive Administrative Assistant who thrives in high-pressure, fast-paced environments. They will be well-organized, proven clear thinkers, solution-oriented, and passionate about achievement.

This position will report directly to the CEO and assist in some of the following ways:

• Managing Outlook calendar and contacts
• Managing correspondence
• Scheduling of meetings, conferences, and travel
• Recording, transcribing, and distributing minutes of meetings
• Personal errands
• Working on special projects for the CEO, President, or other Managers
