Position Summary:
The Office Coordinator will support DAAXIT's administrative operations by scheduling and documenting departmental meetings. This role will also provide departmental assistance to the Fractional Chief Financial Officers (FCFO) through preparation of reports and financial documents and attending client meetings (either virtually, pre-recorded, or in-person) to take meeting notes and provide meeting follow-ups as well as meeting scheduling. This role will also support other departments including Business Development and Marketing and will also be able to serve as back-up for essential accounting and Human Resources tasks.

This role is hybrid. Greater than 50% of time is expected to be spent on location. Remote hours are flexible.What you"ll do

These opportunities will be sponsored by the Company. All employees must occasionally collaborate with the leadership team to create, revise, and maintain accurate job descriptions. Other projects and/or duties as assigned. Essential Job Functions: Act as liaison between the FCFO and current clients with meeting scheduling, note taking during meetings and sending meeting follow-up communication. Provides support to one or more FCFOs as needed by running reports, creating and managing Excel spreadsheets, data entry and creation of graphs/charts. Demonstrate ability to integrate oneself into the client's team, with the mindset of customer service always at the forefront. Foster the client relationship to guarantee customer satisfaction and retention. Maintain the upmost confidentiality as it pertains to client and Company information. Maintain routine departmental meetings through scheduling and documentation of meetings, to include tracking of departmental key performance indicators (KPI's). Assist and support various departments through cross training and acceptance of delegated support tasks such as phone or email outreach and use of customer relationship management (CRM) software and limited attendance at networking events. Serve as a back-up for necessary internal Accounting and Human Resources functions. Demonstrate the ability to adapt easily to accommodate changes in the working role and accept multidisciplinary work assignments.Qualifications

Education and Experience Requirements:
Education: Associate's Degree, highly recommended
Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a fast-paced office and/or operations support role.

Physical Requirements:
Occasional lifting up to 15 lbs. may be necessary from time to time.
Must be able to sit for long periods of time, view a computer monitor, and type (up to 8 hours a day).
Valid driver's license, a good driving record is required, and a working vehicle is required. This
position will mainly work remotely but may be required to travel from time to time.
