We are searching for an Office Coordinator to join our clients team located in Swedesboro, NJ. This is a Direct Hire opportunity.

- Coordinate important meetings and events, making sure every detail is flawless
- Manage administrative tasks with precision, keeping the office organized and running like a well-oiled machine
- Assist with special projects, showcasing your problem-solving skills and initiative
We're looking for someone who's a master of many trades:
- Proven experience (3-5 years) providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to impress everyone you interact with
- A strategic thinker who can solve problems independently and offer creative solutions
- A detail-oriented organizer who thrives in a multitasking environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is a must
Bonus points if you:
- Have an Associate's degree in Business Administration
- Are bilingual in English and Spanish
- Experience using an ERP System
