Office Coordinator - HealthcareSource Medical Center (Services admin-only migration)

Provides office support to a staff of 5 managers plus additional department supervisors. Serves as a receptionist for the office and answers the multi-line telephone system. Processes incoming calls to department work order line, answers related questions, and routes requests to technicians. Uses Kronos Timekeeper for the department, as well as coordinates travel arrangements and organizes meetings with outside contractors and staff. Education requirements: High School degree or equivalent; Associated Degree preferred. Minimum of two years previous secretarial experience necessary and a good working knowledge of computer applications. Critical thinking, assessment, and good judgement skills are a must.
