About the Job
Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for an Office Coordinator to work directly on site with an established commercial construction company in Raleigh, NC. The office coordinator you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative functions requiring the highest levels of accountability and confidentiality to effectively represent the company. This position acts as a liaison, both internally and externally, by proactively providing support to help manage the company’s needs.
Responsibilities:
- Creates a welcoming environment for visitors and guests and follows visitor protocols
- Answers phone and responds to all incoming calls by providing information and/or referring callers to others
- Coordinates the receipt and shipment of mail and packages and picks up mail daily from post office
- Manages all catering requests and sets up food as requested
- Enters facilities repair tickets and updates manager on progress
- Performs weekly inventory checks of office supplies and replenishes offices supplies as needed
- Assists with employee engagement activities and other company events as assigned
- Assists Executive Assistant and Accounting department code and enter invoices and perform administrative tasks
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Associate’s degree is preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- 3-5 years of recent, relevant work experience is required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to handle confidential information competently and with discretion
- Detail and deadline oriented
- Professional, flexible, and independent
- Strong customer service orientation with ability to use independent judgment and make sound decisions
- Effective problem solving and analytical skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
Salary
