Overview:

Under the direction of the Manager, will perform a wide variety of duties that include:

• Provide clerical and administrative support. 
• Phones, billing, appointment scheduling, patient registration, office supply inventory, transcription, filing, insurance verification
• Interacts with co-workers and members of other departments.
• Assists in unit operational support tasks
• assists with Human Resources management
• works cooperatively with others as part of a team and recognizes the importance of group goals.
• Responds to requests within authorized scope of knowledge and skills.

Qualifications:

• Education: High School or higher
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a clinical setting (5 years preferred)
• Skills: Medical terminology and proficient typing required
