What You’ll Be Doing:
As an Office Coordinator, you’ll bring your organizational skills and proactive attitude to:
Keep Our Office Running Smoothly
- Submit and track work orders.
- Maintain all office equipment, working with EDS as needed.
- Manage parking passes, access cards, and security badges.
- Ensure conference rooms are tidy, stocked, and ready for use.
- Monitor office spaces to maintain cleanliness and address repairs.
- Keep office supplies and café essentials fully stocked, including coffee and snacks.
- Care for office plants to keep our space vibrant and welcoming.
- Create personalized desk name tags for new employees.
Support the Team Behind the Scenes
- Assist Executive Assistants (EAs) with administrative tasks.
- Prepare expense reports for our executive leadership team.
- Create and edit documents (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.).
- Oversee FedEx shipping and billing for department needs.
Make Events Memorable
- Coordinate company-wide events, ensuring everything runs smoothly from planning to execution.
- Order food and beverages that fit the budget and occasion.
- Work closely with our remote offices to align event efforts.
- Collaborate with HR and communications teams to plan creative, themed events for our Minneapolis office and beyond.

Requirements
- High school diploma (associate or bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Minimum 2-years of related experience.
- A self-starter with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a solution-focused mindset.
- Familiarity with office systems and tools like Prism or similar platforms (preferred).
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is a plus.
