In this role, you will handle incoming calls from civilians regarding vehicle towing and manage filing, paper, and mail processing in a fast-paced environment. We are open to training candidates who can demonstrate a strong work ethic, adaptability, and the ability to keep up with the demands of the role.

Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To:
- Answer incoming calls from civilians with questions or concerns about vehicle towing.
- Process and organize paperwork, mail, and filing efficiently.
- Manage general office duties to support day-to-day operations.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with customers and colleagues.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow and office efficiency.
- Handle additional administrative tasks as assigned in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls and multitask effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) preferred but not required.
- Prior office or customer service experience is a plus but not required; we're willing to train motivated candidates who can keep up.
