Momper Insulation is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Office Coordinator. This position is crucial in ensuring smooth operations within the office.

Responsibilities:

• Answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate person
• Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate department
• Managing office supplies and inventory
• Assisting with payroll processing
• Handling basic HR duties, such as employee onboarding paperwork
• Providing general administrative support to the team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
