Responsibilities:

Responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to:

• Answer telephone calls in a friendly and timely manner, and route calls to appropriate persons.
• Greet visitors and assist them as needed
• Sort and deliver mail and supply orders
• Prepare outgoing mail, and packages
• Manage and order office supplies
• Back up and support various functions for Accounting, Costing, and HR teams
• Assist in projects with Accounting, Costing, and HR teams
• Receive in P.O.’s.
• Perform various management requests as needed (scan, file, organize supplies, etc.)
• Maintain an organized workspace at all times
• Perform other assignments as necessary

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:

• Associate degree in office administration, management, or related field preferred.
• Two or more years of related experience with knowledge of positions concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Appropriate education and/or experience may be substituted on equivalent basis.

Experience:

• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products (i.e., Word, Excel)
• Ability to learn new computer software programs
• Attention to detail; innovative thinker; proven process improvement
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Maintain normal standards of ethics, conduct, and organizational policies in job-related activities
