Office Clerk
Job Requirements:
- The Office Clerk is responsible for checking in and out trailers and communicating with the drivers.
- Assigning trailer numbers to carrier loads efficiently.
- Uploading all yard checks, tarp jobs, and rail work throughout the day.
- Updating supervision and drivers on changes in loading schedule.
- Handling the paperwork and bills with outside carriers and preloads.
- Checking yesterday's uploads for errors and relaying those corrections to the home office.
- Keeping office clean and orderly.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Work Schedule and Compensation:
- Monday - Friday 6:00 am until end of shift (overtime may be required)
- Starting pay: $16.00/hour
- Weekly pay every Friday with direct deposit available.
- Benefits offered after 90 days of employment.
Must pass background check, drug screen and be 18 years or older.
