Olsten Staffing is assisting one our clients in the Dillon, SC area in their search for a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk to join their team. As part of the Auditor's Office, you'll support essential county functions, assist with records management, and provide excellent customer service to the public. Key Responsibilities:
- Process, file, and organize a variety of official county documents and records
- Respond to public inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing information and directing questions as needed
- Assist with data entry, document preparation, and maintaining accurate records for the Auditor's Office
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distribution, and logging
- Support internal departments with administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure compliance with county policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework in office administration or a related field is a plus
- Proven experience in an office or clerical role, preferably within a government setting
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly and professionally
This will be a full-time position Monday-Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm with an hour lunch. Pay will be between $14.00/hourly

Pay Details: $14.00 per hour
