Office Assistant - CareRing Health, LLC

The Office Assistant is responsible to assist the agency in day-to-day activities for new employees, ongoing employment compliance tasks, and client service tasks.  These responsibilities include meeting operational goals, ensuring that the quality of services delivered meets company standards, and completing assigned projects.

• Assist in reviewing and screening incoming applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Support the scheduling of interviews and assist in facilitating the interview process.
• Assist in conducting background checks, including criminal backgrounds, reference checks, to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Utilize the applicant tracking system to manage candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Aid in scheduling orientation, ensuring that new hires come prepared with the necessary documents for an efficient and effective onboarding process.
• Assist in the onboarding/orientation process as needed.
• Assist with administrative duties as it relates to client services.
• Support the daily operations of the agency.
• Perform various tasks as assigned by management.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong computer skills
