Office Assistant - Cobra Concrete Cutting

Cobra Concrete Cutting Services is currently hiring a full time Office Assistant (on site) to join our growing team at our Wheeling, IL location. If you enjoy the challenge of wearing many hats in a fun, fast-paced environment, possess strong organizational skills, and enjoy interacting with people, then this role is for you!

Job Duties:

• Answer and route calls
• File and scan documents regularly
• Sort incoming mail
• Prepare and send outgoing mail
• Organize supplies
• Assist with typing estimates
• Assist with preparing waivers
• Assist with issuing Certificates of Insurance
• Assist with other office/departmental needs as they arise

Qualifications:

• Demonstrates the ability to calculate figures and amounts
• Acute attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
• 1-3 years of prior office experience is desired.
