Office Assistant - BH Garage Door

We are currently seeking an organized and proactive Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. As an Office Assistant at BH Garage Door, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our operations run smoothly. You will be responsible for dispatching jobs to our technicians, assisting with invoicing and billing, and providing administrative support to keep our office organized and efficient. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting a team dedicated to customer satisfaction. Looking for someone to work full time Monday-Friday 2-10pm

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and dispatch jobs to service technicians, ensuring efficient scheduling and communication.

Assist in preparing and processing invoices and billing for services rendered.

Maintain accurate records of job assignments, technician schedules, and customer information.

Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.

Support the office with general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.

Collaborate with team members to improve workflow and enhance customer service.

Assist in tracking payments and following up with clients as needed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration is a plus.

Previous experience in an administrative or office assistant role preferred.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with office software.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build positive relationships.

Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records.
