Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support across various office functions
- Utilize MS Office suite, with particular emphasis on Excel, to enhance productivity and efficiency
- Maintain accurate records and files, adhering to organizational protocols
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence efficiently
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required
Requirement
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills
- Mandarin speaking and writing is mandatory requirement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to form strong relationships with vendors, customers, and partners
- Familiarity with office software and technology platforms
Salary Range: $60K- $80K annually
