Pay is hourly based on experience and frequent bonus opportunities will be available based on agency growth.
Also, the new office location starting on 01/02/2025 is 16024 Manchester Road, Ellisville, MO 63011.
Salary Range: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Responsibilities
Coordinate/manage: schedules, appointment setting, agency meetings, reminders, and more for the agency owner and our producers as needed.
Handle certain inbound calls from current clients or prospects with care as instructed.
Assisting with agency CRM systems on a day-to-day basis.
Performing minor accounting duties.
Helping onboard new employees and overseeing general onboarding miscellaneous tasks such as coordinating with individual employees on completing certain CAST tasks.
Documenting processes, scripts, and procedures for the agency, such as step-by-step onboarding task lists for new employees.
Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records.
Preparing data as daily reports to the agency owner and creating weekly data meeting reports for the agency.
Conducting meetings with producers to facilitate self-evaluation and introspection from failed or successful sales pitches or calls. Then, condensing the information and preparing a quicker meeting for the agency owner to further follow up on.
Engaging occasionally in marketing campaigns such as filling out mail for birthdays, thank you cards, quotes, and new prospecting mailers.
Work independently without much supervision.
Assist in special projects, research, and presentations as needed by the executive team.
Obtain a property and casualty license to help manage current customers as needed. We will pay for your license.
Requirements
Experience: Proven work experience as an Office Assistant or similar role.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple priorities effectively.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Discretion: Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
Initiative: Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
