Hours and Benefits of the Administrative Coordinator:
- Monday-Friday, 35-hour work week!
- $20.00/hour

- Answer incoming calls, screen and direct them to the appropriate staff, take messages, and provide information in a professional and efficient manner
- Greet visitors in adherence to the organizations visitor policy and ensure a welcoming experience upon entry
- Efficiently handle physical and electronic mail, distributing them to the appropriate parties within set timeframes, while maintaining accurate documentation and linkage claims
- Process outgoing mail, adhering to office polices regarding distribution
- Enter claims into claim system and ensure it is within compliance with state and federal requirements
- Complete document queue assignments and administrative tasks within specified timeframes, including letters, forms, notices and claim records
Requirements of the Administrative Coordinator:
- HS Diploma with 1-2 years of experience
- Must be proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
- High attention to detail
