Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. This role involves managing a variety of office functions, assisting residents and supporting internal operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and clerical support
- Answer phone inquiries and address concerns
- Process and manage work orders efficiently
- Maintain accurate records and ensure files are properly organized
- Assist with billing tasks and documentation
- Deliver excellent customer service
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working within a municipality is strongly preferred
- Knowledge of town policies and procedures will be an advantage
