Office Assistant - Full Time - RESSCO

RESSCO is seeking a professional, organized and detailed oriented Full-Time Office Assistant to work in our Main Office in Southfield, MI.

 The Office Assistant will be responsible for various administrative duties including but not limited to the following:

• Provide direct support to Executive Leadership and Office Staff
• Prepare, edit and distribute written communication to investors and staff
• Direct incoming calls and emails to necessary staff based on level of importance  
• Personable and energetic, with a great phone presence
• Coordinate and confirm travel arrangements and appointments for Executive staff
• Oversee and participate in any office related projects directed by Executive Leadership
• Maintain office supply/stock levels for running daily office operations
• Utilize MS Office suite and the Internet to perform daily office tasks
• Possess working knowledge of principles and practices of office management
• Follow procedures and written and oral directives effectively
• Demonstrate exceptional written and oral communication
• Multi-task and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
