Duties:
- Answering Telephones
- Answering emails
- Maintain and file material in an efficient and orderly manner
- Perform daily support task for various departments
- Interact with customers effectively to deliver excellent customer service
- Other responsibilities will be assigned by management based on the individuals’ abilities such as:
- Entering orders on line
- Quoting customers
- Billing customers
- Emailing/mailing invoices
- Organizing quarterly sales meetings
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
