North OC Company has an opening for an Office Assistant that will be supporting the Investor department.

• Duties will be :
• Answer incoming calls
• - Respond and address owners questions, concerns and request
• - General data entry
• - Analyze/ Investigate Information
• - Communication with Internal Departments and Owners
• Data Entry background
• Must be organized and detailed
• Must be able to quickly catch on.
• Computer savvy in data entry, word and excel
• Must have recent work experience 1-2 years onsite
