Full-time - must be available to work two evenings a week until 8pm

Salary: $17 per hour

Description

• Answer phones
• interview and determine eligibility for rental, mortgage, utility assistance including Rapid Re-housing
• schedule intakes
• prepare clients for intakes
• Data entry in phone call database and HMIS
• Computer skills

Requirements

• Bilingual a plus
• Ability to work independently
• Flexibility in creating own work schedule
• Must be able to work evening hours - 2 nights a week
• Driver’s license with acceptable driving history
• High school diploma
