Key Responsibilities:
- Dispatching: Efficiently dispatch technicians to jobs, ensuring timely service delivery.
- Customer Communication: Handle incoming calls, address customer inquiries, and ensure that any issues are resolved promptly.
- Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships.
- Technician Assistance: Assist technicians with job-related queries and provide them with necessary information and support.
- Accounting Responsibilities: Handle light accounting tasks and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Payroll : Assist with payroll processing, ensuring that all employees are compensated accurately and on time.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office assistant role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and payroll processes.
- Proficiency in office software and tools.
