Office Assistant

Job Description

The Office Assistant’s primary duty is to file documentation in client treatment record binders, in a timely and accurate manner. Secondary duties include answering phones, interacting with clients to process their treatment fees, basic data entry and other general office work.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent, ability to perform job duties described above, and previous work experience. Work hours are 8:00 to 4:00 Monday – Friday.
