The Panther Group is seeking a highly motivated Office Assistant to partner up with a well-known client of ours in Auburn, MA. This is a long-term contract to hire with flexible scheduling available.

Office Assistant Job Duties:

• Assist customers with opening their accounts
• Receives incoming email requests
• Responds to escalated inquiries
• Accurately explain policies to customers
• Process account payments and perform account maintenance

Office Assistant Job Requirements:

• Customer Service: minimum 1 year experience
• Data entry: minimum 1 year experience preferred.
• Microsoft Office: 1 year experience (must be comfortable navigating computer systems)
• Must be detail oriented and proficient
• Background check and drug screen required (including marijuana)
