Full-time:
- Hours: Monday and Wednesday 12 – 8; Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 9 – 5
Salary: $15.75 per hour
Sign-on Bonus: $1,200
Description
Catholic Charities Diocese of Metuchen is seeking an experienced full time receptionist for a family service center located in New Brunswick.
- Welcoming visitors and clients.
- Answering the telephone, routing calls, providing information, data entry, and other clerical tasks as needed.
- Must be dependable, able to multitask, and have an approachable professional demeanor.
- Writing and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft office, ability to work as part of a team.
Requirements
- Must be Bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Associates Degree preferred and /or 1-3 years of experience handling immigration matters preferred.
- High school diploma or GED; 6 months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
